BaseFrame was designed and coded entirely by Claude Code — an AI coding agent.
Every CSS rule, every template override, every responsive breakpoint was written by AI working inside VS Code. The human directed the vision — "make it brutalist", "add a dark adapter", "fix the hamburger" — and the AI wrote the code.
This is not a theoretical exercise. BaseFrame is a production template running on live sites. The AI reads Joomla's HTML output, understands the component structure, and writes CSS that targets the correct selectors.
No manual coding was required for any of the 13 framework adapters.
